Ms. Beenish Fatima Sahi
Dr. Sughra Sadaf is a renowned literary figure. Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Philosophy, a Masters in Urdu and Political Science respectively. She is dispensing her duties in the capacity of Director General of PILAC since 2016. Dr. Sughra Sadaf has written twelve books on poetry in both Urdu and Punjabi language. She is a short story writer, columnist, script writer and a researcher. She has done incomparable work in promoting Punjabi language. Dr. Sughra also hosts many programmes on T.V. as a compere.
Dr. Sughra Saddaf is internationally acclaimed for her literary work. She has participated in various international seminars, conferences, workshops and Mushairas.
Dr. Muhammad Asim Chaudhry
Dr. Muhammad Asim Chaudhry is performing as Director, PILAC since 21-01-2020. He is Master’s in English Literature, Urdu Literature, PGD (TEFL), Bachelor in Education, M.Phil (Mutual Poetic Translations of Urdu & Punjabi Language) and a Ph.D scholar (Mutual Prose Translations of Urdu & Punjabi Language). He has been working as Editor of Monthly Magazine ‘Trinjan’ and Research Journal 'Punjab Rung' having "Y" category as awarded by Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan. He has been the Course Coordinator in Radio Training Course for students from SAARC, Gurmukhi Learning Certificate Courses and Sufiana Kalam Shanasi Course. He has completed various training courses offered by government training institutions such as ‘Human Resource Management’, ‘PEEDA Act 2006’, ‘Project Management’ and ‘Office Management’ and others.
Dr. Khaqan Haider Ghazi
Dr. Khaqan Haider Ghazi, Director (Programmes) of the Institute holds a Ph.D (Shah Hussain), Master's in Arabic, Punjabi and LLB Degree. Mr. Khaqan Haider Ghazi is a popular poet and has written many books on poetry, mainly in Punjabi Language. Some of his most popular books are listed below:

He has also written script of various dramas and Punjabi songs. Mr. Khaqan has been associated with FM 103 and was the host of a popular on air program "Naina De Aakhay Laggay".
