Moreover, it promotes Punjabi language through quality live transmission of Pakistan’s first Punjabi FM Radio Station ‘FM-95 Punjab Rung’. PILAC also publishes a magazine ‘Trinjan’ which consists of articles, short stories, poetry, interviews and reports of literary / cultural events organized by the Institute.

At present there is a dearth of research journals in the field of Punjabi language, literature, arts and culture resulting in a state of chaos among the researchers of this specialized sphere. To cope with this deficiency PILAC decided to publish its Research Journal named as ‘Punjab Rung’ which consists of research articles on Punjabi language, literature, arts and culture. This Research Journal is published annually. It has a diverse ‘Editorial Board’ and ‘Advisory Board’ to make it more effective and resourceful for the students, researchers and general readers. The research articles published in the Journal are peer reviewed as per policy of the Journal and guidelines of Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.
